Dear Brothers and Sisters! We would like to greet you with the words
of our Lord Jesus Christ - PEACE BE UNTO YOU!!!
We write you again from the missionary field in Russia. The fall has
come. This is the time when nature is dressed in gold, pleasing its
Creator and people who see the things created by Him. We receive
revelation about the Creator of this world, our Mighty and Omnipresent
God!
But we can not call the fallen state of this world a golden one. The
Prophet Hosea gives us a definition of the present time: "There is
swearing, deception, murder, stealing and adultery. They employ
violence, so that bloodshed follows bloodshed." (Hosea 4:2).
But as there are evergreen trees - there are faithful people, who
honor God. And they are like a golden fall - are filled with bright
colors and succulent fruit. These words are for you, dear Friends!!!
Fall is special here, as Christians celebrate the Russian Thanksgiving
Day (Harvest Day). This fall, our youth visited two regional churches
with a program prepared specially for Harvest Day. Our youth were
encouraged and blessed by the ministry. They were happy to serve our
brothers and sisters. Our visits to other churches encouraged our
youth to organize Harvest Day in our church too and invite many
guests.
We decorated the church house with fruit and vegetables. God blessed
us with two people who repented and trusted Christ! We praise our Lord
Jesus Christ for His mercy and grace!
