Gospel Expedition

Brothers and Sisters! The Lord reigns! We thank all of you who pray for us. Thanks to your prayers, the Lord blessed our team. by enabling us to cover 315 km in one day! While the last 30 km gave us smooth roads, the rest were full of steep hills and downgrades. Sometimes we felt tired, but we knew that the Lord was with us. We knew that we had to give Him an opportunity to show His power, and He never left us alone. Some of the cyclists fell and punctured their tires, but the Lord was with us.

Numerous Opportunities to Witness

When we stopped to fix one of the bicycles, a group of people who were working nearby came up to us. They were electricians, who had come to work there. We began our ministry and told them about the Gospel. Everything is in the hands of the Lord.

At the end of our day’s journey it began to rain. But it did not stop us from having our meeting. The people did not leave and they wanted to see these members of the Expedition who had covered such a long way already, and came to their town. Christian men and women, as well as those who have not yet become God’s children, were waiting for us. After we told them about the goals of the Expedition, we thought that would be it, but we were wrong. The people reminded us about their thirst for the Word of God. They wanted to have the Living Water.

We were very tired, so the next day was a day of rest. We began by cleaning of our bikes, which were were tired just like their riders. We put everything in order and went to the meeting scheduled for the square near the circus. There was a tram stop nearby and a lot of small shops, which meant there were many people around. Only a few stopped and listened, but many had an opportunity to hear about the Expedition and take New Testaments as gifts.
