SGA partners had several opportunities to encourage the faithful, hardworking wives of church-planting missionaries and pastors during 2007.
About 170 women attended SGA-sponsored conferences in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, and received encouragement from God’s Word and through the fellowship of one another.
Special gifts hand-made by women in the United States were distributed, along with Russian-language books, including One with a Shepherd by Mary Sommerville. This book was written specifically for ministry wives, and we are hoping to be able to expand its distribution in the coming year.
