Winter is coming in Ukraine, and this time of year brings months of harsh and bitter cold! Your gift is needed now for us to purchase and ship generators to SGA-supported churches, and to provide blankets, fuel for heating, and other winter essentials that pastors and congregations can distribute to people in crisis—including women, children, and the elderly.

Churches must become Centers of Heat & Hope, caring for people who need protection from the bitter elements. They are ready to share the Good News during the coldest time of year with hurting people who are desperate for hope. Your gift can help provide:

• The hope of Christ through the preaching of the Gospel and the encouragement of God’s Word as churches become places of refuge and outposts of light in the darkness.
• Blankets and fuel for heating to help suffering people keep warm in their homes—many of which are damaged—or in the churches.
• Powerful generators to keep churches “up and running” with electricity, lights, and heat. We expect churches will again provide sleeping quarters for families and individuals with nowhere else to turn this winter.
