Easter is the strategic follow-up to the Immanuel’s Child Christmas campaign—during which church outreaches in orphanages, sanctuaries, and public buildings in the former Soviet nations are filled with tens of thousands of children and their families to hear about Christ. Many trust Christ. But many, even though they are attracted to Christ, do not.
Because Christmas touched them, people will come to Easter outreaches. And so, SGA-supported churches contact people who visited at Christmas and invite them for Easter. Pastors also deliver bags of food, clothing, and other resources through SGA-supported Compassion Ministry, which draws people to hear about Jesus:
