A recent drone assault struck residential neighborhoods in a city in southern Ukraine, damaging homes and an SGA-supported church led by Pastor Ruslan. One of the drones exploded nearby, shattering windows, damaging doors, and harming parts of the church building where believers regularly gather for worship and ministry.
While the building suffered damage, we are grateful that the church family continues to stand firm in faith during this difficult time. SGA ministry leaders are already assessing the situation to determine how believers can quickly help with repairs and support the congregation.
Even in the midst of war, churches across Ukraine remain places of refuge, prayer, and Gospel hope. As invaders continue their assaults, SGA-supported pastors and congregations keep serving their communities—sharing God’s Word and caring for those in desperate need.
Please pray for Ruslan, his church family, and their community as they continue ministering faithfully in the midst of conflict.
