Providing a generator to a church in Ukraine might seem small to us. But a generator is an act of grace that is big to this small church as you can see in the video below. They are exceedingly grateful for your generosity and prayer support that has helped make this gift possible.
Under the leadership of Pastor Sergei, an SGA-supported missionary, this village church struggles with electricity in the midst of the fighting. The addition of a generator is bringing much joy, and these brothers and sisters in Christ send their love to all. Read more from Sergey’s report and watch many church members say “thank you” below . . .
Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord!
Thank you very much for the generator. We live in a village, and we often have no electricity due to weather conditions or power outages. It also often happens during church services or various events, which creates a very inconvenient situation. But all this is nothing in comparison to the current circumstances, when there might be no electricity for several days. This is especially difficult for those people who live in the church and are IDPs from the war zone.
Therefore, we are extremely grateful to our sponsors and to our Lord that we now have a generator to help us overcome these problems and serve Him and people.
May the Almighty bless you abundantly!
In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
Your gift of compassion helps struggling people with emergency aid that generally includes Scripture materials, food, medicine, warm clothing, and shoes.
