An SGA outreach coordinator from Ukraine, sent a report about his ministry to orphan graduates on Easter in [a city in Ukraine] during the war:
By God’s grace, on April 21, we were able to gather the orphanage graduates who stay in [a city in Ukraine] to hold Easter celebrations with them in our church.
Given the war conditions, it really was a special holiday for the children, since most of them had to hide in basements for days during the active phase of bombing of [their] city.
I asked the brothers from our church to collect the children by their cars and bring them to the church and drive them back home.
I congratulated the children on Easter from you personally and from all SGA staff.
The children and I are grateful so much to you all for financial and spiritual support in the time of peace, and now.
May the Lord richly bless you!
Christ is Risen!
