For many in Ukraine, there are little to no options to stay warm in the sub-freezing temperatures of winter. But through SGA’s Ukraine Heat and Hope Campaign, generous friends like you are providing generously so that churches can turn their facilities into centers of heat and hope — and share the Gospel and emergency supplies to people in desperate need.
SGA-supported Pastor Volodymyr recently received blankets that he is using in his outreach to Ukrainians who have fled their homes in the war, and are now seeking emergency help in his region. As you can see in the images below, grateful recipients of these winter relief supplies also received copies of God’s Word! Pray with us that Volodymyr and his congregation will be strengthened as they keep serving and that those they minister to will treasure this Good News in their hearts.
Volodymyr:
Thank you so much for this help for our IDPs [internally displaced persons]. Thank you SGA friends, thank you to our sponsors that are so open and kind to our needs! Blankets that have been sent here on your behalf, we distributed among all the [IDPs]. Together with blankets, we could also provide these people with food packages and toys for the children. Everyone was very happy and grateful for these wonderful gifts. May our Heavenly Father bless you abundantly!
In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
Your gift of compassion helps struggling people with emergency aid that generally includes Scripture materials, food, medicine, warm clothing, and shoes.
