From time to time as believers, we might hear the phrase “chain of grace” come up in conversation. It’s a simple way to describe the work of God moving powerfully from one person to another, starting with one individual or even a group.
We have seen that happen with the Orphans Reborn ministry, when a once-lost
orphan child comes to know the Lord as Savior, then on reaching adulthood joins the church team to reach other orphans with the Gospel just as he or she was reached. It happens with every SGA-sponsored ministry—Bible training, through the ministry of missionary pastors and the people they reach with the Gospel, through Compassion Ministry, through men, women, and children who are drawn to Christ through Russian-language Bibles you help provide, and so on. They get reached, and then they reach others. The chain of grace keeps getting lengthened link by link.
In all of this, you are the common denominator in the hands of the Lord. Because of God’s grace in your own life, you loved and cared enough to send a gift to SGA, and someone heard the Gospel and experienced God’s love first hand. Now gloriously saved, they can’t wait to share it with someone else. What a blessing it is to be a part of all this and to watch God at work! Thank you for your part in making it happen!
For our Savior,
