Editor’s Note: The image and story below were provided by an SGA-supported pastor in Ukraine.
When SGA-supported Pastor Vlad and his congregation helped deliver food packages to 250 people and preached the Gospel in a Ukrainian city under attack, what they found was heartbreaking.
According to Vlad’s report, civilians continue to be targeted and intimidated, and ten people have already died. The Ukrainian military is not able to protect the community at the moment.
Pastor Vlad plans to return with more assistance as soon as possible and continue to share the hope of Jesus with hurting hearts. Please continue to pray for protection, provision for the people in this city, and that many come to faith. The struggle is real, but our God reigns!
In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
Your gift of compassion helps struggling people with emergency aid that generally includes Scripture materials, food, medicine, warm clothing, and shoes.
