While visiting Ukraine recently, SGA’s Eric Mock attended a worship service at SGA-supported Pastor Viktor’s church.
“After a night of massive drone attacks, the faithful gathered for worship in complete peace,” Eric says. “All who lived in the area spoke of hearing the anti-aircraft fire and the explosions. No one slept. Yet all came for worship.”
Pastor Viktor had four believers share their testimony that morning in preparation for baptism the following week. We praise God to see evidence of many lives in Ukraine who are turning to Him. Afterwards, Eric spent time with graduates from the SGA-sponsored Orphans Reborn ministry. They were provided with food packages through Compassion Ministry, which SGA also supports.
In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
Your gift of compassion helps struggling people with emergency aid that generally includes Scripture materials, food, medicine, warm clothing, and shoes.
