What a joy and privilege to serve alongside you in ministry! As you will see in the report and images below from SGA’s ministry team, thousands of families have been touched by God’s aid through your generosity—and that’s just from one region in Poland! While it’s difficult to grasp the sheer numbers of those affected by the war in Ukraine, it’s also beautiful to see the numbers of those who are being helped. Because of you, SGA-sponsored churches are doing exactly what we are supposed to do throughout history in times of war and chaos: being “the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14) in spiritual darkness. Meals are given out, aid received, and tens of thousands of individuals and families helped, all in the name of Jesus!
Hello again my friends,
As an update, we have now shipped over 940 tons of aid to Ukraine from [REGION], Poland – about 1485 pallets of aid, each pallet assisting 100 families with 44 meals across 10 days. This translates to 148,500 families receiving aid assisting with about 6.55 million meals based on what we have shipped from Poland alone. The overall figure is much larger, and we will have it soon. I think it is nearing 8 million.
In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
