What an impact one generator and a supply of warm blankets have made for the cause of Christ in SGA-supported Pastor Vladimir’s community! Here is his recent message of gratitude to thank generous friends like you who have given so graciously to our Ukraine Heat & Hope Campaign:

Thank you so much for the generator which our church has received from you. It is a necessary thing in these times. We used to hold services by flashlight, but thank God we have never missed a single worship service. Our church has an electric heating system, and due to the energy crisis, we gathered in a cold building for more than a month.  But, THANK YOU for your support in our needs, we were so thrilled to receive such a valuable gift, thank you!

We are grateful to you all for your support in this wartime. Our country is under war and many people grabbed what they could from their homes in their bags and fled from the eastern parts of Ukraine to central regions. No one even had an opportunity to bring blankets with them on their travels. So your participation helped many people with these warm and nice blankets, and yet, they’ve understood they are not alone in this horrible war. Many people were happy to accept the blankets with words of deep gratitude!

In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
